Role Overview
We are looking for a WordPress Designer & Developer who can design, develop, and optimize websites that are fast, user-friendly, and business-focused.
You’ll work closely with marketing, ads, and content teams to build landing pages, business websites, and eCommerce stores.
This is a pure onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Development
-
Design and develop WordPress websites using Elementor
-
Build responsive layouts for desktop, tablet & mobile
-
Create landing pages focused on lead generation & conversions
-
Customize themes and layouts as per brand guidelines
WooCommerce & Functionality
-
Develop and manage WooCommerce stores
-
Set up products, payment gateways, checkout flows
-
Optimize site performance & user experience
-
Troubleshoot website & plugin issues
Custom Plugins & Integrations
-
Work with or customize custom plugins
-
Integrate third-party tools (forms, CRM, tracking, etc.)

Ensure website security, backups & updates
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with WordPress & Elementor

Hands-on experience with WooCommerce
-
Knowledge of custom plugins & plugin customization
-
Understanding of HTML, CSS & basic PHP
-
Ability to build fast, clean & scalable websites
-
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with performance optimization & page speed

Knowledge of GA4, tracking, or CRM integrations

Understanding of UX/UI principles
