Key Responsibilities

📈 Lead Generation
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Maintain lead database and follow-ups
💬 Client Communication
  • Understand client requirements
  • Explain company services clearly
  • Handle objections and queries
💰 Sales & Conversion
  • Convert leads into clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for closing deals
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure
📊 Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain daily call and lead reports
  • Track conversion performance
  • Update CRM regularly

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year experience in sales, telecalling, or business development
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Confidence in handling calls and client conversations
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience in digital marketing or agency sales
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools
  • Experience handling B2B clients
