Key Responsibilities
📈 Lead Generation
- Identify and reach out to potential clients
- Generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Maintain lead database and follow-ups
💬 Client Communication
- Understand client requirements
- Explain company services clearly
- Handle objections and queries
💰 Sales & Conversion
- Convert leads into clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for closing deals
- Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure
📊 Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily call and lead reports
- Track conversion performance
- Update CRM regularly
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year experience in sales, telecalling, or business development
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in handling calls and client conversations
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in digital marketing or agency sales
- Knowledge of lead generation tools
- Experience handling B2B clients
- Understanding of funnels or online business
