Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization.
You should be comfortable handling budgets, reading data, testing creatives, and continuously improving performance.
This is an onsite role, working closely with strategy, design, and tracking teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Perform audience research, funnel planning, and campaign structuring
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions
Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements
Coordinate with design & content teams for creatives
Set up and validate conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel – basic level)
Prepare performance reports and insights
Stay updated with ad platform changes and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Strong experience with Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads
Clear understanding of funnels, targeting, creatives & budgets
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients
Strong communication and ownership mindset
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or conversion tracking
Landing page optimization or CRO knowledge
Experience with lead generation & eCommerce campaigns
Agency background experience
