Role Overview

As a Telecaller cum Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, explaining our services, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence on calls, and a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities

📞 Calling & Lead Qualification
  • Make outbound calls to business owners and potential clients
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally
  • Understand client requirements and business challenges
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects

💼 Sales & Client Communication

  • Explain our digital marketing, website development, software, and business solutions
  • Build trust and maintain professional client relationships
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Schedule online meetings or demos with qualified prospects
  • Assist in closing sales opportunities

📊 Lead Management

  • Update CRM with lead status and conversation history
  • Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records
  • Track lead progress from inquiry to conversion
  • Ensure timely communication with prospects

🤝 Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Share customer feedback and market insights
  • Support ongoing sales campaigns and promotional activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling or Sales
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Good listening and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working with daily calling targets
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM)
