Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced React & Laravel Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of both frontend and backend development.

You will work remotely with designers, marketers, and product stakeholders to build robust, scalable, and secure web applications.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and independent execution.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (React)

  • Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js

  • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend code

  • Optimize applications for speed and performance

  • Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility

Backend Development (Laravel)

  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Laravel

  • Build REST APIs and integrate frontend with backend logic

  • Work with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

  • Ensure application security, performance & scalability

Full Stack Ownership

  • Collaborate with designers, marketers & product teams

  • Debug, test, and maintain applications

  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

  • Participate in architecture and technical decisions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

  • Strong experience with React.js

  • Strong experience with Laravel (PHP framework)

  • Solid understanding of REST APIs

  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

  • Knowledge of Git version control

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or dashboards

  • Knowledge of authentication systems & role-based access

  • Experience with third-party API integrations

  • Familiarity with DevOps basics (server, deployment, CI/CD)
