Role Overview

We are looking for a React & Node.js Full Stack Developer who can handle frontend and backend development using JavaScript-based technologies.

You will work on APIs, dashboards, tools, and web applications in a remote-first environment.

This role requires strong system thinking and backend logic.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (React.js)

• Build modern UI using React.js

• Develop reusable components and layouts

• Optimize frontend performance

• Integrate frontend with Node APIs

Backend Development (Node.js)

• Build backend services using Node.js (Express / NestJS preferred)

• Develop RESTful APIs

• Handle authentication, authorization & business logic

• Manage databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL)

• Ensure performance, security & scalability

Full Stack Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend, product & design teams

• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code

• Debug, test, and deploy applications

• Participate in architecture decisions

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of Full Stack Development experience

• Strong experience with React.js

• Strong experience with Node.js

• Experience with Express.js or NestJS

• Database experience (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL)

• API development & third-party integrations

• Git & version control

• Experience working remotely

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with SaaS products or dashboards

• Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time apps

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean)

• CI/CD or deployment knowledge
