Start & Grow – ₹999/Month Website Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Start & Grow ₹999/month Website Service (“Service”) provided by Start & Grow (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”).

By purchasing the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. ₹999 Website Plan

The ₹999/month plan includes:

• 1-page professional website
• Mobile-responsive design
• WhatsApp button/integration
• Contact/enquiry form
• Google Map integration
• Basic SEO setup
• SSL
• Hosting on our hosting environment
• Website setup and deployment
• Basic content arrangement
• Fair-use website updates
• Standard design/layout selected by Start & Grow
• Target delivery within 48 hours after receiving complete required information

₹999/month is a subscription/service fee and not a one-time website purchase price.

2. Done-for-You Service

The Service is designed as a Done-For-You website service.

You are not required to perform technical setup, coding or website configuration.

After payment, you will be required to provide the necessary business information, images, logo and other content through our form or communication channel.

We will use the information provided by you to create the website.

3. Website Design

The ₹999 plan uses our standard website design system/template.

The plan does not include a completely custom-designed website.

We may customize:

• Business name
• Logo
• Colors where applicable
• Text/content
• Images
• Services
• Contact information
• Business-specific sections

The overall structure and design system remain subject to the ₹999 plan.

4. Content Provided by Customer

You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful:

• Business information
• Contact details
• Address
• Services/products
• Images
• Logo
• Business descriptions
• Social media links
• Other required information

You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, logos, trademarks or materials provided to us.

We are not responsible for copyright, trademark or ownership disputes relating to content supplied by you.

5. Delivery Timeline

Our target delivery time is 48 hours after we receive all required information and content from you.

The 48-hour period does not begin merely from the time of payment.

Delays caused by:

• Missing information
• Late content submission
• Customer-requested changes
• Approval delays
• Third-party services
• Technical issues outside our reasonable control
• Force majeure events

may extend the delivery timeline.

6. Website Review & Approval

After the website is prepared, we may provide a preview for your review.

You should review:

• Content
• Phone numbers
• WhatsApp number
• Address
• Services
• Images
• Links
• Other business information

Once approved, the website may be published/live.

You remain responsible for confirming the accuracy of business information displayed on the website.

7. Updates & Changes

The ₹999 plan includes reasonable/fair-use updates to the existing website.

Examples may include:

• Changing phone number
• Updating address
• Replacing images
• Updating service information
• Minor text corrections

The following may be charged separately:

• New pages
• Major redesigns
• Custom functionality
• Complex integrations
• New sections beyond the standard design
• E-commerce functionality
• Advanced SEO
• Custom animations/development

8. Additional Pages

Additional pages are charged at:

₹750 per page

Examples:

• About Us
• Services
• Gallery
• Contact
• Privacy Policy
• Other additional pages

The exact price may vary if a page requires substantial custom development or functionality.

9. Custom Domain

The ₹999 plan is provided using our hosting environment and a Start & Grow-provided/subdomain setup as applicable.

If you want the website deployed on your own domain, the applicable domain and deployment charges will be:

₹3,000

This charge covers the applicable domain/deployment setup as communicated by Start & Grow.

Domain registration/renewal costs, where applicable, may be charged separately depending on the domain and registration arrangement.

10. Customer’s Own Hosting

If you want the website migrated/deployed to your own separate hosting account:

Hosting Migration & Deployment: ₹6,000

The customer must provide valid hosting access and ensure that the hosting environment supports the required technology.

Third-party hosting costs are not included in this charge.

11. Additional Features & Add-ons

Features outside the ₹999 plan are charged separately.

Examples include:

• AI Chatbot
• CRM
• WhatsApp Automation
• Email Marketing
• Lead Tracking
• Appointment systems
• Advanced SEO
• E-commerce
• Custom integrations
• Additional pages
• Custom functionality

Pricing will be communicated before the additional service is activated.

12. Monthly Subscription & Payment

The website service is billed at:

₹999 per month

The subscription continues until cancelled according to these Terms.

Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, domain charges, third-party charges or additional services will be communicated separately where applicable.

If you use an automatic recurring payment/mandate, the recurring nature of the payment will be disclosed at checkout.

13. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your monthly subscription.

Cancellation will stop future billing according to the applicable billing/mandate schedule.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already been paid for, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Start & Grow.

14. Refund Policy

Because the Service involves website setup, design, configuration and other work performed specifically for the customer, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of work.

If a customer requests cancellation before meaningful work has started, we may consider a refund at our discretion, subject to applicable payment gateway charges and applicable law.

Once substantial website work, setup or development has started, payments may become non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the service was materially not provided as agreed.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons attributable to Start & Grow, we will work with the customer toward an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, replacement service or refund where applicable.

15. Hosting

Hosting is included as part of the ₹999/month service while the subscription remains active.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting availability.

Temporary downtime may occur because of:

• Server maintenance
• Hosting provider issues
• Network problems
• Security incidents
• Technical failures
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

16. Website Ownership & Subscription Model

The ₹999 plan is a Website-as-a-Service subscription.

The customer is purchasing access to the website service for the duration of an active subscription, rather than purchasing the complete underlying website infrastructure as a one-time asset.

Unless separately agreed in writing:

• Hosting remains managed by Start & Grow.
• The underlying website infrastructure/template system remains managed by Start & Grow.
• Third-party licensed assets may remain subject to their respective licenses.

If the customer wants migration or deployment to their own hosting/domain, applicable charges will apply.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service if:

• Subscription payments remain unpaid
• The website is used for unlawful activity
• The customer provides fraudulent or illegal content
• The website is used for spam, phishing, malware or abuse
• The customer violates these Terms
• Continued service creates a security or legal risk

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension for payment-related issues.

18. Prohibited Content

The website may not be used to promote or distribute:

• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent services
• Malware
• Phishing
• Hate or extremist content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Content violating applicable law
• Other content reasonably determined to create legal or security risks

We reserve the right to refuse or remove prohibited content.

19. Third-Party Services

Some website functionality may depend on third-party services such as:

• Google Maps
• WhatsApp
• Hosting providers
• Payment gateways
• Analytics services
• Plugins
• APIs

Changes, outages, restrictions or failures of third-party services are outside our direct control.

20. Business Results Disclaimer

We provide the website and related technical services.

We do not guarantee:

• A specific Google ranking
• A specific number of leads
• A specific number of customers
• Sales
• Revenue
• Search-engine position
• Conversion rate

Business results depend on multiple factors including market demand, competition, pricing, reviews, advertising, SEO and business operations.

21. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your business:

• Operates legally
• Has the necessary licenses/permissions
• Provides accurate information
• Has rights to supplied images/content
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations

We are not responsible for legal compliance of the customer’s business operations.

22. Communication

Important communication may take place through:

• Email
• WhatsApp
• Phone
• Website forms
• Other agreed communication channels

Customers should provide accurate contact information and respond promptly when approval or information is required.

23. Changes to Pricing & Services

Start & Grow may modify pricing, features or service offerings for new purchases or future renewals, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Existing subscriptions will be handled according to the applicable subscription terms communicated to the customer.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Start & Grow will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the website or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

25. Privacy

Information collected during payment and website setup will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

26. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the ₹999/month Website Service, you confirm that:

✓ You understand that ₹999 is a monthly subscription.

✓ You understand what is included in the plan.

✓ You understand that additional requirements may incur additional charges.

✓ You agree to provide accurate business information and required content.

✓ You agree to the cancellation and refund terms described above.
