Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can handle both motion and static creatives.

You’ll work closely with performance marketers, content writers, and strategists to create ads, social media content, and brand visuals.

This is a pure onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for ads, reels, YouTube shorts, and social media

• Add subtitles, motion elements, transitions & basic animations

• Repurpose long-form content into short engaging clips

• Ensure videos align with brand tone & performance goals

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for ads, social media posts, carousels, and banners

• Create thumbnails, posters, and visual assets

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs

• Work on landing page visuals when required

Collaboration & Execution

• Coordinate with marketing & content teams

• Understand campaign goals and creative briefs

• Deliver creatives within timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in video editing and graphic design

• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic), Photoshop, Illustrator

• Understanding of social media formats & ad creatives

• Strong sense of color, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to work on multiple creatives simultaneously

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience creating performance ad creatives

• Motion graphics or animation skills

• Canva Pro experience

• Understanding of branding & conversion-focused design
